The process of customizing your TimbreWorx Music CDs follows a very simple three-step process:

1. Select Your Music
   You'll begin by reviewing our catalog of customizable music CDs.
   
   Our artist's CDs are sorted by genre (jazz, relaxation, holiday, etc.) and every song on every CD has a high and low fidelity sample. Once you find the CD (or CDs) you like, click the [ADD TO CART] button. A reminder list of CDs in your shopping cart will appear just below the "Email this page" link to the right of the screen.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Place Your Order
   Once you've selected all the CDs you'd like to customize, click the [ORDER CDs] link, either at the bottom of the Shopping Cart Reminder, or at the top of the main navigation screen. There you'll find the list of CDs you placed in the shopping cart along with a pricing reminder.
   
   Here you'll indicate how many CDs you want (minimum of 20 per CD). Add CD shipping boxes to your order and then follow through the rest of the online order process.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   After competing your order, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt that will also include instructions on how to begin designing your CDs.
   
   
   
   
3. Design Your CDs
   After your order has been received, you'll be given access to the Designer's Studio. For each CD in the Designer's Studio's queue, there are three steps:
   
   
   1. You upload via the website any graphics (logo, photos, etc.) you want included on the CD packaging.
      
      
   2. You enter the text you want added to the CD. You'll also tell us where to place the graphics during this step as well.
      
      
   3. One we receive your instructions, we'll create a mockup of your personalized CD. When the mockup is ready for your review, you'll receive an email notification that directs you to your mockup. Once you approve the design, we go into production.
      
      
      

Delivery Time
We have orders that were sent to manufacturing on the day they were ordered and we have orders that have taken a week for our customers to gather all the customization content they wanted included on their CD. Either way, once you have approved the design of your new CDs, our manufacturing time is normally a very fast 3-5 business days (depending on quantity and season). Your finished CDs will be retail-quality and shrink wrapped.

Upon completion of your order, we normally ship your customized CDs via UPS Ground. Your UPS tracking number will be provided via email and within the Designer's Studio as soon as it's received from UPS.
